Was not pleased returning to my room after working till 9 or 10 pm and having it be freezing cold because housekeeping turned off the heat. Asked front desk to have it left on. Didn't matter, it was still turned off. I sat in my room shivering for hours before the room warmed up again. It was single digits outside. Solo Traveler
My new favorite hotel when visiting the Concord, NH area. I travel to Concord about 10 times a year and this is now my new favorite hotel. The staff is friendly, the free breakfast and wifi is a bonus, it's in a great location right off of 89 in a quiet location but convenient to Concord. This hotel was very nice though they were remodeling their lobby. I usually get a non-smoking room but for some reason they placed me in a smoking room. It made my stay a little uncomfortable. I asked them about changing to a non-smoking room. ...read more

Great location, nice and clean hotel. My room was on the bottom level close to the parking lot. Lots of TV channels, in-room individual cup coffee maker, and was kept well-stocked. Traveling as Couple
This Hampton Inn is at the low end of the typical Hampton Inn spectrum, although its duvet was in better condition than other Hampton Inn duvets that we have encountered.
